CALIFORNIA Civil Code 1792.4 requires special verbiage for As-Is Vehicle Sales (which is not included in the current FTC mandated template), leaving dealerships vulnerable to legal action. Persistence may not be an exciting idea but you have to have it to succeed especially in the competitive community of automotive sales. The truly successful car sales professionals aren’t always the flashiest or gregarious people in the room but they all have one thing in common: Persistence.

The woman looking for a thrilling commute needs different things than the man looking to make camping more civilized. And then, once you find the right vehicle for that customer it is the special mix of features, including the “holes”, that makes the sale for you.

Try taking some time to walk around your lot and try to find the unique features in every vehicle that to some customers might just be a hole, but to others are the perfect match!
